Kentucky Visit {back home}

I read recently on a blog how it's so important as a photographer to be sure and capture images of those love, just as you capture others. Being back in Kentucky this past weekend, I really wanted to make sure I did this. I admit I didn't get as many pix as I would wish, but I'm beginning.

Here is my husband, Ben....

My dear friends (L-R) Megan, Chloe, Hannah, Moriah, Alyssa & Laura - after Sunday Morning's service at church... (sorry about the overhead sun's shadows!)

My mom is always so creative and festive for every season.

I love capturing her flowers and decor!

Here is my darling daddy....no denying I'm his child!

Hannah & Megan {beauty}
Moriah Mae - she's growing up to quite a beautiful young lady.....sigh.

Alyssa....pretty girl.Laura....she's a very talented artist and beautiful inside & out.

Photo Shoot with Bekah...

So this past weekend, we made an impromptu trip to Kentucky {back home}! One of my dear friends drove to my parent's house for a photo shoot with me! Here are some images from our shoot!

This passage DEFINES this girl! Her faith in God's work is amazing.....

Right in the middle of our session, we notice this little yellow kitten peek out from a corner at an old grain mill. He made instant friends with Bekah.....{and constantly was in my shots!} haha

This locale is the path behind my parent's home where I rode my six wheeler (Argo) through! Ahhh, the days before a driver's license!
Bekah looks lovely walking along...

Thanks Bekah, for a lovely morning back home!

Many people this time of year are so exicted about the fall colors. Fall Photography really adds interest.... We all want to know: Where is the best color? When will it be here in my area?

More from the Beach!

Here is Currituck Lighthouse near Corolla, NC. It was my mom's first lighthouse to see!

Sunrise on Tuesday, October 7....Ben drug me out of bed at 5:30 am on Vacation for this sunrise. It was beautiful and quick and absolutely worth it.

Ben & Daniel rented a Jeep to take up to 4x4 country...We got so close to the wild horses in Corolla...they were just beautiful!
